This notice explains how Fit Labs OÜ ("we", "us"), operator of the Gladmade Marketplace platform, handles the information you provide through the integration-request form on this site.
What we collect
When you submit the form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company or brand, website/domain, and your message. We also receive standard technical metadata with the submission (approximate country, browser user-agent and timestamp) to help us prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your request and discuss a possible marketplace integration. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest (and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract). We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
How it is handled
Your submission is delivered to our team by email through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon Web Services) and is stored in our business email. We do not share it with third parties except these processors that help us operate the site and receive the message (our hosting provider and email delivery provider).
Retention
We keep integration enquiries for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on the request, and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to our processing. To exercise any of these rights, email andrii@maxfit.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
